Today I visited my old high school in Constantza. I had not seen my professors in about three years, ever since I left for college in the US. I guess I was expecting them to act surprised, and to say I had changed. However, their reactions still surprised me.
Everyone was really pleased and really excited to see me again; even those professors I had not quite liked (and the feeling was mutual) during my high school days. Initially, I intended to spend no more than 30 minutes or so in the high school. I ended up staying there for about three hours. Not only were my professors really curious to know more about what I am doing, but they took me to class so I could give presentations to the 'younger generation'.
I did not go to my old high school because I was missing it. Indeed, I only missed 2 of my former professors, but that is it. I think I went there to confirm one fact: that leaving for the US by myself to study was the right thing to do. And, the confirmation did happen; I don't think my professors would have been this interested in my activities, and this amazed by my achievements, if I had stayed 'home' to study.

First Entry
Since this is my first entry on this blog, I decided to make it special. I needed to post something that can set the mood. Therefore, my dear reader, I give you Mika and "Grace Kelly", one of the songs that really brighten up someone's day.
